About Lely Resort — Mustang Course
The Mustang Course is Lee Trevino's design at Lely Resort - a 7,217-yard championship test that is the longest and most demanding of the resort's public-access layouts. Trevino's design reflects his experience as a ball-striker: fairway precision is rewarded, and the course demands a full bag of shots from approach through the putting green. The Mustang represents the most serious test available to a non-member at Lely and consistently rates ahead of the Flamingo Island among competitive golfers.
